Stadium of Harapan Bangsa

stadium of harapan bangsa is the place for gathering place for athletes to train at any time, most athletes who train at the stadium from SMAN9 and the athletes who stay in athlete dorms in Banda Aceh athlete. Athlete dorms is located on the right side of the Harapan Bangsa stadium.

In this stadium is not only for exercise, especially ball but also for variety of exercises.

Harapan Bangsa Stadium or Lhong Raya Stadium is a football stadium in the city of Banda Aceh, NAD. This stadium is pride stadium of the the Aceh people.


The stadium renovated after the Indian Ocean earthquake disaster in 2004. Harapan Bangsa stadium has a seating capacity of 40,000.

In 2011, the stadium will be the headquarter of the Aceh United Club in the Premier League Indonesia.


Besides, Persiraja Club in Banda Aceh is the first division league who competed in Indonesia that used this stadium last year. In this occasion, however they reuse the H.Dimurtala stadium as headquarters. It is located in Lampineung, Banga Aceh. As a result, the Harapan Bangsa Stadium can use the United Aceh as their headquarters in this year.


In addition, the situation of Harapan Bangsa Stadium is currently under reparation, following a part of stadium, the roof is broken, and the widening of the roads in front of Harapan Bangsa Stadium is complex.
